The Restaurant

Narcissa is a New-American restaurant located next to The Standard, East Village in New York City’s Cooper Square. Co-owned by The Standard and Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser, the restaurant’s rotating menu features seasonal produce from its dedicated farm Locusts on Hudson in the Hudson Valley. The East Village’s hidden gem offers a private dining room in addition to the rooms main dining room, and a charming private garden that opens up for al fresco dining in the warmer months.

Chef John Fraser’s passion for food has been realized at the coveted New York City restaurants Dovetail, Narcissa, and Nix. Driven by his passion for artisanal ingredients and farm-fresh produce, Chef Fraser has received a myriad of accolades, including two and three-star reviews in the The New York Times, and a coveted Michelin star at his restaurant Dovetail on the Upper West Side.

The Farm

Narcissa is the namesake dairy cow who presides over Hudson Valley farm, Locusts on Hudson. Managed by farmers Zach Wolf and Olivia Kirby, the farm produces organically-grown vegetables, herbs, and eggs specifically for Chef John Fraser’s health-driven menu.
